Welcome

Welcome to my blog. I'm glad you stopped by to see what these Musings are all about. Since they're straight off the top of my head, I haven't exactly figured it out myself! We all muddle through each day and, hopefully, we find something to rejoice in as we choose, sort, piece and quilt our beautiful stashes of fabric.
Please visit my website: http://www.judithheyward.com/ to learn more about my quilts. Or contact me at judyheyward@gmail.com if you have any questions or comments. Thanks.

For A Good Cause

Once again, I haven't written in a long time but, honestly, just how many snow pictures do you really want to see? We have had snow on the ground since December 15th. Like so many other areas, this has been a really weird winter and one that many of us will remember for quite a while. So far, we've only lost power for 2 1/2 days but I don't think anyone will be breathing sighs of relief until March has come and come. In the meantime, I am living each day as it comes--not wishing away the time until perfection arrives.
Anyway, what I'm writing about today is Tote Tuesday, an internet auction connected with Fiberart For A Cause that is raising monty for the Amercan Cancer Society. This is the logo for the auction: And the website for this week's auction (and next week's auction is: http://www.virginiaspiegel.com/ToteTuesdayFeb16.html At this site you will see all of the items that are up for auction.
